PAC 10 AND PATIENCE

 

Pac 10 and Nick Emery

 There has been lots of talk recently about PAC 10 expansion as it refers to BYU. It makes for good radio talk show fodder and newspaper stories, but not much else.

It is all about generating more revenue for existing members of the Pac 10. BYU would certainly get to the expansion table as a school that could provide additional revenue for the existing members, but they also bring Sunday play baggage that those same schools don't want to deal with. We don't expect to see BYU in the Pac 10 in our lifetime, but we would never say never. We didn't think Bronco Mendenhall could win with his football model and were wrong, so you never know.

As far as patience goes, you will need a little of it if you want to watch high school freshman basketball phenom, Nick Emery, play.

Remember, this is a high school production, so be patient. The entire game is played, including the national anthem, introductions etc. We suggest you go to the video time line and drag the cursor to about the 7:30 mark of the video.
